We appreciate your time in keeping the Grading System database up to date.

A few points to note:

• Please ensure new players’ information is added to the Grading List prior to them playing (this should be sent to Charmian Hayes)
• Please ensure team captains fill in the player codes beside ALL names on all interclub results sheets, not just the first time they play
• Please display your club list for all club members to access
• A reminder – Player Histories are available at a cost of $5.00 each from: Charmian Hayes 15 St Andrews Road Epsom please make cheque payable to Charmian Hayes and include a stamped self addressed envelope This information gives a player a complete history of all the games they have played
• An updated grading list is sent to clubs mid December and mid April
