Major International Tournaments
 

Tennis Auckland plays host to two major international tennis tournaments each year at the ASB Tennis Centre, Parnell. The ASB Classic Women's International and the Heineken Open Men's International take place immediately prior to the Australian Open each year.  Click on the links above to view more in-depth tournament information, news, draws and player information.

2012 ASB Classic Dates:
Qualifying:  Saturday 31st December, 2011 & Sunday 1st January, 2012
Main Draw:  Monday 2nd January to Saturday 7th January, 2012

TICKETS - ON SALE FROM 1st November 2011

General stand tickets can be purchased through any Ticketek outlet or freephone 0800 842 538 or their website – www.ticketek.co.nz

Wheelchair / Disability Seating and Parking - please contact Tennis Auckland on 373 1706 regarding special seating for patrons who are using a wheelchair or have trouble with access via stairs.  There is no wheelchair access to the stands.

The Yock and Tennis Auckland stands are both uncovered stands with numbered concrete seats. They do not have bucket seats.  You are welcome to bring a cushion to sit on.

The Jetstar and Jacob's Creek stand is uncovered and has numbered bucket seats.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Weather – Auckland can experience four seasons in one day and to make your visit to the tennis enjoyable we suggest you bring: sunhat, sunglasses, sun cream, umbrella (if showers or rain forecast) and a jersey or jacket.  The latter especially for late afternoon or evening play.

Food and Drinks - are available for purchase at a number of food outlets on site at the tennis centre.  Patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into the venue with them.

Other – There is a retail and display booth area on site showcasing the latest tennis apparel and equipment as well as our sponsors displays, merchandise and activities.
