The massive earthquake on February 22 has had a devastating effect on the Wilding Park Complex, severely damaging all of the 39 courts as well as causing considerable damage to the buildings.
Engineers have already undertaken a preliminary assessment of the facilities and it appears all the buildings are repairable but the courts will require considerable reconstruction. More…

2011 Supercity Easter Open Junior Tournament

The 2011 Supercity Easter Open is now open for entries. This event brings together the Northern Easter open and Auckland April Tournaments to offer one great event. This will free up the Easter holidays and avoid clashes with National age group events taking place the week before.

The tournament will be split across two venues – the Albany Tennis Park and the Scarbro Tennis Centre in Glen Innes. Players have the option to enter their own age group plus the one above to test themselves against more experienced players. Players may enter both singles and doubles competitions.
