To download the entry form or for more information click here.  Entries close – 12noon Thursday 27th August, 2009.  Entry into the tournament is open to any player, however, only those players who meet the qualifying criteria will be eligible to win the major prize.  The major prize winners will be the best performed Amateur player in the Open Section of both the Men’s and Women’s Singles Events. Play-offs may be required to determine final placings.  The two winners will receive a trip to the 2010 Australian Open to compete as the New Zealand team in the Kia Amateur Australian Open 2010 at Melbourne Park during the second week of the Australian Open.  Flights, accommodation and entry into Melbourne Park will be provided.  The competition format will include teams from 15 other nations competing against each other.  Each fixture will involve a women’s singles match, a men’s singles match, and a mixed doubles match.
