Shona Lee lost 6-1 3-6 6-1 to Alexandra Podkolzina (Rus) in the second round of singles at the US$10000 event at Evansville, USA.  Shona made it to the semi-finals of the doubles.

Marina Erakovic lost her second round match at the US$25000 ITF Women’s Circuit tournament at Monteroni, Italy.  Marina went down 7-5 6-3 to sixth seed Margalita Chakhnashvil from Georgia.  She is through to the semis of the doubles.

Shona Lee beat Jessica Nguyen (USA) to move through to the second round of a US$10000 tournament at Evansville, USA.  Shona plays Alexandra Podkolzina from Russia for a place in the quarter-finals.

Oliver and Rubin Statham both lost first round matches at a Futures tournament at Modena, Italy.  Oliver lost 6-4 6-4 to Adam Vejmelka (Cze) and Rubin was upset by Marco Gualdi (Ita) 6-1 6-4.

Marina Erakovic beat Nika Ozegovic (Cro) 6-4 7-5 to advance to the second round of the US$25000 ITF Women’s Circuit tournament at Monteroni, Italy.  Marina plays the winner of the match between sixth seed Margalita Chakhnashvil (Geo) and Ana Timotic (SCG) in the next round.

Marina Erakovic returns to the ITF Women’s Circuit this week and has been drawn to play Nika Ozegovic (Cro) in the first round of a US$25000 claycourt tournament at Monteroni, Italy.  Marina has recovered from a minor back injury that forced her to withdraw from her first round singles match at Junior Wmbledon earlier this month.  Her Croatian opponent is ranked 283 on the WTA list while Marina stands at 281.  Neither player is seeded for the event.
